April 23, 2010 At 7:00PM the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary - Pacific, Unit 12, Halfmoon Bay was called out to assist a gentleman who had slipped and fallen, suffering a serious head wound, on the rocks in the intertidal zone near Shelter Island on the north end of South Thormanby Island.
